The nun, the Etsy and the beauty.

(Flickr beauty found here)

Recently i discovered this great blog. Pure eyecandy!
If you like to look at beautiful pictures and beautiful girls and boys, you should definitely visit the blog Dear Nike from Swedish model Nike Felddin.
Her 'inspirationbook' is also great...

Nun Head?

I was wondering if anyone has seen the editorial 'Nun Head', photographed by Sebastian Faena.
What did you think about it?
Well, i personally think it's a little distasteful, although the lightning is gorgeous and some of the pictures really are amazing... I find it a little difficult to say something about this, but it just not feels right. Personally, i am not religious, but the nudity in this editorial is , in my opinion, over the top and it could have been done much more subtle.

See all of the photographs here.

To finish this post, i want to show you some lovely Etsy items i've seen.
Oh, how i love Etsy, it's such a gorgeous place...i really love to see how many amazingly creative people are out there and i really want to support this by sometimes buying cute things at Etsy.
Do you buy at Etsy? And if you do, what kind of things do you buy?

(Beautiful pendant from here)

Gorgeous photography from the same seller

I once bought a gorgeous polaroid from this seller. I also love this beautiful one.

Lovely organic purse from here...

Sweet, sweet kitty from a great seller.

Pincushion from the same seller

The loveliest kitten i think i've ever seen (besides my real babies, of course!)

I really love the cute things this seller sells...

Have a great day, lovelies!
And thanks again for all the amazing comments you gave me, you really are so special!

Yeah, I wasn't sure about that editorial either. I think it was trying too hard to be controversial, if you know what I mean.

Wonderful etsy items! I agree about the editorial - there's something about nudity and graveyards that just don't mix. Especially when it's for a fashion magazine. If it was making an artistic statement in an art gallery then perhaps my opinion would change.

Oh what a wonderful array of cuteness!! I am victim of the ubiquitous etsy browser. I always bookmark a billion things I want to get and then never buy them... it's a shame being broke. And that 'nun head' editorial... yeah I wasn't fond of it myself, however I did like the atmosphere, and Magdalena F.looked lovely as ever.

Oooh, I love your etsy finds!

P.S Nun-head = slightly disturbing (in my opinion)

Amazing post as always, love. That apartment is gorgeous. I live in such a small dismal place compared to it! Here's to dreaming.

Hope your weekend is going well!

That editorial is definitely distasteful, and again i'm not particularly religious. its just being brash for the sake of it.
