NAIVISM

(bill peterson)

the most beautiful
things
in this world
were never meant to
be beautiful.

(jj & sayaka)

hello dear girls
/ boys?

before i forget again,
i want to say thank you
thankyouthankyouthankyou.
i just realized how lucky i am with you readers
and how i do not want to just take it all
for granted.
so much is already taken for granted
in this world,
also by me,
it sometimes makes me feel so ashamed.

(yumi nakata)

nothing has really changed i guess
since i started this blog back in 2008.
but i never NEVER would have thought
it would turn out to be so important to me
and it is actually able to lift me up

to take me higher.

also, i'd like to welcome you: new readers / followers!
i took a look at the followers via the bloglovin' thing
and saw so many new followers!

THIS IS SO FLATTERING!
thank you so much for taking the time to visit me here
and to even come back regularly!
i'd love to get to know you all a bit, so i thought of a question to ask
to you all, so you can answer it in a comment
as a way to introduce yourself...

IF YOU WOULD GET THE CHANCE
TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN,
WOULD YOU MAKE THE SAME DECISIONS?

(please note this is not a give away!) ;)

(lokta paper & russell)

(polly wreford)

(the photographer & teeruuk)

(etsy shoes & iekeliene would wear the shoes well i think...)

(hmong kid & lokta paper)

(mikkel vang & klimt)

(arahabaki & yukiko shibata)

(jolijn snijders loves boys AND fake)

(now the only question left is:
does jude law have a son? and if so:
are his looks the only thing
he inherited from his father?)

2 dreamy things for your weekend! :)

If I could do it all again, the only thing I would have done differently is talk more to the boy I admired. And I adore your blog, by the way. It makes me happy!

Would I do it all again? All of it? No. Most of it? Definitely.

I agree ... I would do most of the things the same way as I did before ... but in some cases ... I would have make other decisions ... perhaps it's because we are all getting a bit wiser when getting older?

THANK YOU for your blog and these beautiful pictures - you make the day a bit brighter!

i wouldn't do any of it differently because the way everything ended up happening is exactly the way it needed to happen to get me to where i am to day, and to make me the person that i am right now.

Love the first pic! Such a pretty post!
Would I change anything? Absolutely mot! Im a big believer in "fate" and that everything happens for a reason, even if that reason is to teach you important lessons such as forgiveness, acceptance etc. I would have worried less about stuff though and just enjoyed the road.

Destiny= you have control...Fate= what's out of your control. I believe the universe is too chaotic/mysterious/gorgeous/scary/ugly a place to say "if I had the choice would I do it all over again? if I could what would I do differently". Life goes on... Redo to me is waking up in the morning and saying that today is mine and I have a choice on how its created and then fate is how I feel as I lay in bed at night "upset" at what did "NOT" happen to my specifications. But that's life, isn't it? Imperfection is really paradise full of surprises and comforts. But human nature is that way...My 2 cents, Lissette von Bayern

hm, I would do most of the things again, but I would try to be more thankful for my family and friends. Sometimes I do take them for granted, too. This thought teaches me to change that in the future, since I can not change the past.

Your blog is my favourite of all the blogs I follow! You always find special connections and uncommon links between the pictures and set them in a new light!
