For the love of polaroid

As i promised this morning....here are the polaroids i took last night at the beach.
Finally i could scan them, so the quality is definitely better than the polaroids where i took pictures of with my digital camera.

I really hope you like them!
I am very curious about your opinions...

To be honest, this one below is my absolute favourite. The colours are amazing (in my opinion...) but the spot in the left corner is so sad! It really ruins the picture, but i still think it's the best one.

maar mooie luchten ook zeg, you can be proud of yourself!

These are GORGEOUS!!! The lighting is SO nice. I think this one is my favorite too, love the fuzzy dreamlike atmosphere and how you can just barely make out the birds.

I think the one where the fence is partially lit up is very cool too! Really nice job on all of them <3

What do you do with all your polaroids?

I like this method of diplaying them :) <3<3<3

Those are amazing - and I agree, the last one's fuzzy dreamlike quality is divine!

Mila, these are stunning!! And I agree that last one is probably my favorite as well, what beautiful lighting, and the soft fuzziness is perfection. However, I think they are all wonderful especially the first one, the mood of it is so contemplative and melancholic (but in a good way). Also the third to last one is lovely, I love how the sun is melting into the ocean and it is a bit darker than the others. Wonderful, oh I must get myself a polaroid camera ASAP!!! Can't wait to see what else you come up with <3
Ciao ciao dear,
Marisa

They are beautiful! I am so sad that polaroids will be no more in a mere few years...all good things.
I love the 3rd to last the best, the sun's flare, the shadow.

au contraire...I thought the little lime green spot in the corner was really interesting! The little punch of color drew my eye towards the blues in the center of the image which then lead the eye to the beautiful white in the sky!
Absolutely lovely series of photos. The colors are stunning. Have you thought about also creating a bit of a separate series by making the set black and white? The contrasts could be incredible in a totally different way from the colored ones!
Wonderful!

I don't mind the spot on the last one, I'm fond of imperfections in art, it's what makes things interesting. :)

These are lovely - I do like the first one and the last one, but I think the seventh one is my favorite ... there's a little bit of magic to it, and I love the gray clouds against the orange-blue sky.

Your blog is a joy. xo.

Absolutely gorgeous ... I just bought three films to take with me to the South of France next week. I don't know what I'll do with my 4 polaroid cameras when they stop production of films. It will be such a disaster.

echt mooie polaroids: ik hou het meest van de 2de.

Of course, these are a little different from what you have photographed before, because the object is different. However I see a certain similarity in these; not only because of the pastel shades and the light I felt played such an important role in the earlier polaroids, but also because of the mood I think you capture in your photos. They always seem soft to me, there is a sweet melody in them that makes me think of a kind of everyday poetry that can be carved out of little moments seen with a beautiful mind.

nothing wrong with the spot...thats just part of the polaroid magic.

I must get a scanner myself, then I can share some of my polaroids.

you are so talented in polaroids mila.
and you're right. that last one looks so beautiful, but as with my polaroids, this yellow spot is such a pity.

The liquid light the chemical goo inside those Polaroids makes is so beautiful.
